SYNOPSIS: At 5:00 p.m. today, Tropical Depression "BEBENG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 220 km East of Legaspi City (13.2°N, 125.9°E) with maximum winds of 65 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 13 kph.
