Okay, here goes.
Hold a 3-day conference. Invite top 2 science majors and top 2 environemental majors from each school in the SEC, Big 10, PAC 10, and Ivy League. And have them come up with a solution.
Forget big business. Forget the politics of it.
Use these young minds to come up with creative and innovative ideas.
