I stopped at the Auburndale rest area on the way home today, and was sitting outside in the shade, just watching the various people.
There was a clean cut biker dude near me, on a cell phone. I overhead the conversation to the effect of "get some Sam Adams for me". Very cool.
His phone conversation ended and we started talking the pros and cons of various beers. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was going to his brothers for a few days, then to Utah.
Utah? What's up with that???
He proceeded to tell me that he met a girl online about a year ago. They've been conversing on Skype, and the relationship has advanced that he's going out to meet her in person. Maybe even stay.
Our conversation ended with me wishing him good luck, drive safe, and Godspeed.
He was a nice guy. I hope the best for him.
