Angel Locsin drops now to No. 2 from being No. 1 on the previous tally. Rhian Ramos also drops to No. 10 from No. 7. Anne Curtis whom just recently hits 1 million tweeter followers is now on top 9. Sam Pinto retains her No. 4 position together with Solenn Heussaff and Jennylyn Mercado on top 5 and 6 respectively.
