Valerie Concepcion enters the Top 10 while Anne Curtis dropped out of Top 10 sexiest celebrity. Sam Pinto is now at No.5 from being on top 4 while Solenn Heussaff is now at No. 4 spot. Katrina Halili dropped to No. 10 from No.8.
