As you already know, Peter and I were the leaders of this morning's TampaBayVettes breakfast run. 35 vehicles showed up, all of them looking good. The weather was chilly in the morning and warmed up nicely. It was a great run.... started in Brandon, took the caravan across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge
to the first exit, made a 180, and brought 'em back to the Tampa Airport Hilton Hotel on Lois Ave. The hotel provided a very nice brunch for $12.95 per person.
That's the good news. The bad news is that I lost my camera. Well, I've got one more place to look, and MAYBE it's there, I'll check after this posting.
After the breakfast Peter and I drove over to Cheesecake Factory at International Plaza, since the hotel is located right close to the mall. A girl at work had told me about a drink of theirs called Georgia Peach, and it seemed like a great way to get a helping of fruit. ha!
OMG, the drink was delicious. Frozen. Refreshing. Nice taste to it. While we were sitting at the bar, we perused the menu.
P: Look, they've got Steak Diane.
M: What's that?
Peter read the menu description.
P: Sounds good.
M: I don't think I'd like it.
We came home, took a 2-hour nap. Now the Celtics vs. Lakers game is on.
