Fortunately:

1. This picture was taken the day AFTER the Safety guy from Peter's headquarters left town.
2. These are NOT employees of Peter's company, they work for the contractor.

The points are:
(a) there's no fall protection;
(b) they're not tied off to anything;
(c) anything greater than 6' you have to be tied off to something;
(d) the depth from where the guys are standing is about an 8' drop.

I know this is not the state of Georgia, but I truly love Georgia's road construction signs.
