Apples

A long time ago I heard about a certain type of apples.  I don't even remember who I had the conversation with, but I mentioned that Fuji apples were my favorite.  And then I was asked if I ever tried Honey Cinnamon, or Apple Crisp (or something like that).  Like I said, I hardly remember the conversation, let alone the specific type of apple.

But I kept looking in the produce department.  It was one of those things like:  I don't even know what I'm looking for, but when I see something that I've never noticed before .... well, that must be it.

Yesterday at Publix I perused the apples section.  Lo and behold, there were HoneyCrisp apples.  Hmm... could this be???

Don't know.  But I bought 3 of them.  One for today, tomorrow & Sunday.

We'll see.
