There was an accident this weekend. Happend at 1:30am Sunday morning.
An ATV with 4 people on it (can 4 people even ride, legally, on an ATV???). The ATV got hit by a pick-up truck.
Ages of the passengers on the ATV were 12-14.
The authorities shouldn't go after the guy in the pickup truck. They should go after the parents of the 12-14 year olds. What the hell were those kids doing out at 1:30 in the morning????
