Because I made my WW goal weight, I'm now on Maintenance. Which means that I only have to weigh in once a month and I can't go 2 pounds over my goal weight. Otherwise I'll have to pay for the weigh-in/meeting until I'm back at goal weight.
But .... I just came back from my August weigh-in and I lost another 1.4, which brings my total loss to 49.2 lbs.
On a side note, the class this morning went well. I wore my city-shorts periwinkle suit with a white wide-collard blouse under the jacket. (Haven't fit into that for quite some time!) And off-white hose and off-white shoes (of course). I was walking through the back hallways to the Employee Dining Room and my manager was walking towards me. You should have seen his face. His eyes got big, his eyebrows went up, and he said "Wow, look at you all dolled up!" I guess I looked different from the all black uniform he's used to seeing me wear.
And, as usual, Peter complimented me before I left. To the effect of "you look so nice!"
The class was a sort of group hug type thing. You know ... how to treat the guests, make the feel welcome, make them feel special, blah blah blah. The facilitator had done this a time or two before. I could have played Corporate America Bingo, using his terms.
But the one he used the most frequently was "nicely done".
