If you don't know your way around downtown ....

.... stay out.  Especially during the day.

So, I was behind this lady in a big-assed SUV.  I noticed she had on her turn signal to turn north on a one-way southbound street.  I just stayed behind her, thinking "well, this should be interesting".

She finally realized the street was one way and did not make her turn.  But she proceeded straight across, which is the way I was going.

Now we're both in a construction zone (due to all the new fire hydrants that are being installed in downtown Tampa).

And she decides that she needs to make a 180-turn.  In a construction zone.  Lady, are you f'd up or what????

Fortunately she pulled over to allow me to pass her and I got the hell out of her way.

Geez, talk about a danger on the road.
