There has been scuttlebut that our condo building is in direct line of the new high speed rail, which was announced last week. We have not received the letter mentioned in the notice below, but I'm hearing said letter contains several proposed lines. One of them goes right through our condo. The units would be purchased for fair market value.
What???? In this economy???? With current real estate prices????
The above noticed was composed by the president of the condo board and is posted on all hallway egress doors.
