We just came back from a walk downtown. Decided to walk all the way down to the St. Pete Times Forum. Round trip was 1 hour.
Tomorrow is an all-day Gasparilla party, hosted by one of the Vette Club members. Here's a video of the history of Gasparilla, held annually on the last Saturday of January.

Tomorrow night is a party next door, hosted by neighbors Eddie & Ryan. (love them!)
Sunday morning is the monthly TampaBayVettes breakfast run. Wheels up at 9am, drive for about an hour, and then have breakfast. Rumor has it that the location is in Plant City this month.
And, to conclude the weekend, the Celtics are hosting the Lakers Sunday at 3:30pm. (I've prepared for it, got a movie from the library to watch during the game).
I'll take my camera to the party tomorrow and also to the breakfast run on Sunday, and I'll post pictures soonest.
