We received a "buy-one-entree, get-one-free" mailing for BRIO restaurant at International Plaza. Already familiar with the one in Orlando (only from friends raving about it), we decided to check it out.
They had one of my favorite salads, Bistecca Insalata, which, translated, means a wedge of lettuce, bacon, Roma tomatoes and creamy Parmesan dressing.
I love, love, love when the ordered item is brought to the table and a point is made to have the logo, or name, of the restaurant facing the patron directly up. I always look for it, and always notice it.
Anyway, BRIO did good, as you can see from the photo below.
