McDonald's coffee

Maguire and I went back to McDonald's this morning. I was armed with my coffee cups from yesterday (washed, of course) and my receipt.

I wanted to present my case in person, not via the drive-thru window.

I walked in, went to the counter, held up the 2 coffee cups and asked the lady "what size are these cups?" She replied "small". I said "Exactly. And when I was here yesterday I clearly stated that I wanted medium, and I was charged for medium, and this is what I got."

Here's her: Oh, you're going to have to talk to a manager.

Okaaaay.

He came over and was very professional about it, and stated that I'd get my entire order for free to compensate for it. Cool. It's not as though those cinnamon melts aren't good already, they're even better when they are free. ha!

And then he said - "I'll even go further and make your coffees Large".

I almost went nuts. No, no, no, I want medium.

Let me reiterate, I don't like coffee in small cups or large cups. Only medium. Is it that difficult to understand????
