School bus incident this a.m.

7:45am
I called Tampa Police Department. For over 20 minutes there was a stopped car in front of a full school bus. Here's a hand drawn map.
I told TPD that I don't know if the car is just broken down, or if there's someone on the bus..... because the kids were waving notebook papers out of the windows. It had been there for over 20 minutes, all other vehicles were going around it but the school bus was staying.

TPD asked me for the school bus # and fortunately I was able to read it: 4519.

Within 5 minutes this was the scene:
I haven't heard gunshots, so hopefully everything is fine.
