Apparently he's received another violation at a later date and just hasn't been notified yet.

I've downloaded the appropriate dispute form from OOCEA and have completed it up to the part requiring his signature. The form can only be mailed or faxed and a copy of the citation must be attached. So, unfortunately, we can't claim that 2nd violation till he receives the email. But at least I've got the form ready to go.

Geez, I've been busy. But at least this is something he won't have to deal with. Oh well, it's not like I've got to pick up his laundry from the dry cleaners or anything like that. Oh wait.
