Bank of America frustration

When we were at mom's last (Sat, Sept 26) she mentioned she had not received her paper statements from BankAmerica from 7/24 to 8/24 to 9/24. I called the bank during our drive home (since I had plenty of time) and the girl assured me that the statements would be sent out and she noted on the account to have paper statements issued monthly.

I just received an email from Mom and she still hasn't received those statements. Grrr.

I just called BofA and requested these statements again. And, once again, they assured me they would be sent out tonight and Mom should receive them within 2-3 business days.

If she doesn't receive by Friday, I'll print out her online statements for her and take them on Saturday along with her bill chart.
