I would like to show you the presents I have received from dear friends near and far. Thanks so much everyone for always remembering my special day. I had a fabulous time...!
Hand crochet pin cushion that Lynda made for me and a tot-bag from the Royal Children's hospital where Lynda works. The zipped purses were from Lynette. She always added some gold stars for me. With special handmade balls as toggles.
Here are some of the many presents from my friends overseas and faraway. I have got many crafting books and books that Yahya needs to read to DGD. I even got a tea towel aerogram with 'N' for me. There is also jewelry with light blue glass beads handmade by Yasmin in the UK. Yas is a very talented jewelry designer.
I don't know if you are familiar with Pandora beads. Here in Australia we are nuts over them. I started collecting them since Christmas. I love them because they are not junky jewelry and you can add them to your collection slowly. At my work we have a birthday club and we give each other $$$, so I have bought two pink Pandora beads from it. The red one came from my friend Jeannette in Bathurst.
Above is a special high tea Lynette organized for me when we met this month for Sewing Basket of Victoria. I like special tea sessions and love sharing them with friends. Lynette brought out her best China tea set for me.
Thanks God for tea!
What would the world do without tea?
how did it exist?
I am glad I was not born before tea.

The two heart badges were the show & tell from our previous meeting. They turned out very well girls.
