100 Days to Heaven tells a story of a strict boss of a toy company portrayed by Coney Reyes. Due to her unkind past, she became a cold and unkind person. Employees of the company are afraid of her because of her strict and bossy attitudes. One evening, she was killed in a car accident. She went into a place in which there were no things but white clouds.
She only heard the voice of God and the truth that she was dead. There, God gave her a chance to live again in 100 days in a form of a child (portrayed by Xyriel Manabat), found by Sophia, a policewoman (portrayed by Jodi Sta. Maria) and had found a friend in Kevin Louie Abuel. Her mission is to find the people that she had hurt and correct her wrong doings. Will she accomplish the mission in the form of a child?

Story Plot: Ms. Anna Manalastas is the mean, icy and cunning owner of a toy empire. One day, the car she is in explodes. Upon her death, Anna realizes she is about to go to Hell. But being a good negotiator, she strikes a deal with the Gate Keeper to give her a second chance at earning a ticket to Heaven. Anna is given 100 days to do good to those she had wronged in her life. But it won’t be as easy as she expects. Once on earth, she realizes that she is not back as her old self but as a helpless 7-year old. Witness how a child with a cold heart resolves her issues on her way to the gates of heaven.
