With people putting off for the "next big thing" I wonder how many people will end up buying nothing ;)

Kind of a huge gap, don'cha think? For an extra $100 I can nearly TRIPLE the capacity? Why would I even consider a 30 GB model?
A lot of people just don't need the bigger capacity. And it's still thinner, right??
I would buy a 30GB if I was in the market (which I'm not) for a new iPod. I just really don't need more than 30GB.

you normally can't browse to them, but if you look at the page info using Firefox, you can see on a page where the media is located. That's how you can download those movies withouth getting quicktime pro

As far as Blu-Ray, I think that it would really be nice if Apple would at least offer it as an option for those that want it and are willing to pay a little extra. Just like extra RAM or a larger HD.

can someone tell me how to do that quick scroll thingee? i get it sorta randomly.
I just tried it, it seems to trigger when I make 2 or 3 revolutions on the scroll week. I'm already liking it a lot, a very welcomed new feature :)

For those of us who have enjoyed videos over the years, we've had the following formats:
- Beta
- VHS
- Super VHS
- CED
- LD, and it variants
- DVD
and now HD-DVD / Bluray
Maybe the key for the format change is to line the companies pockets!
i used to love them laser discs :D wow they are still selling on ebay as well :cool:

Hayes has issues... He stuck with the show and helped Matt and Trey and the folks at Commedy Central poke fun at every race and religion... And then came the Scientologists turn to get made fun of. Hayes, being a Scientologist, didn't agree with that (even though it's OK with him to defile every other religion), so he announced he was leaving the show.
Oh, and the Mr. & Mrs. Tennorman chili was classic. Cartman rules. ;)

It may be difficult but one would hope Apple will bring the iPhone (or whatever it ends up being called) to Japan and other countries if it does in fact launch such a phone initially in the US.

And they still managed to sell 350 million licenses of Windows 7 in 18 months. That's insane! I am telling you... I would like to sit in that room in either Redmond or Cupertino where you see the profit tote board being updated every second, or every minute or whatever. It must just make someone dizzy. Doubt it. The hardware is extremely expensive, nobody is excited about it, and there's still a pretty big risk that bluray won't even catch on, whether it's beat out by hddvd or if neither catches on. At this point, bluray would likely just get a big yawn from the public.
