My feeble attempt at learning the RedSox roster

Remember awhile back when I stated that one of my goals is to learn the RedSox roster for this season?
Well, here's my first shot at it:

Above is my final reference.  Last night I started making individual flash cards for each player, name on one side and position on the other.  Here are samples.  (I used my favorite players.)

I did the editorializing.  The reason I drew the baseball diamond, and noted the players' positions, was because I had so many of them in right field.  Oops.

There are 14 pitchers on this team.  I mean, I know I don't know a lot about sports, but isn't that a bit excessive?  I must email Terry Francona and suggest that he cut this # down to, say, 5. And spend the rest of the payroll $ on home run hitters.
