Please please please don't let it be strapless.  That's sooo 5-minutes ago.

Whatever style she chooses will sure to have an effect on the wedding dress industry.  Here are dresses from previous royal weddings.  Note: they all have sleeves.

Talk about giving it up for the one you love! Prince Edward (formerly King Edward VIII) abdicated the throne in order to marry twice-divorced American socialite Wallis Simpson.

When her brother abdicated, Elizabeth became Queen.

The Queen's sister, Princess Margaret, when she married the Lord Snowden (the photographer).  Oh, how handsome is he! (Married 1973, divorced 1992)

Princess Anne (the Queen's only daughter)  married Captain Mark Phillips in November 1973)  Divorced 1992.

The dress that dazzled the world.  Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Married 1981, divorced 1996)

I still say the Queen was behind her death. But, heh, that's just my theory.  Apparently there's a royal motto, to the effect of:  "Don't Complain, Don't Explain". And Diana just never quite got it.
